How Contents Pilot Works

Contents Pilot builds carousels and static posts from what you already teach. Copy and art together, for you to read and publish on Instagram. It is for people who use the feed to get clients, not for shops or menus.

Yes. Today we integrate with Instagram only: connect your account to schedule or publish posts directly from the platform.

No. Contents Pilot went through Meta's App Review, every permission we request was audited by Meta's own engineers and is continuously monitored. All communication with Instagram happens exclusively through the official Graph API, with no bots, scraping, or unauthorized methods. Publishing through Contents Pilot is as safe as posting directly from the Instagram app. That said, Meta runs its own moderation policies and can independently restrict accounts for reasons such as inactivity followed by sudden activity, account history with other tools, or automated reviews. Those decisions are Meta's alone and outside our control. If it happens, the path is to request a review directly through Instagram.

Yes. Copy, color, and slides edit in the editor. You publish when it looks right.

We do not promise a viral post. Generation starts from how you write, and you read it first. If it feels generic, cut it.

No. You pick the topic. The tool builds the post. If you can write an email, you can use it.

It looks at what already worked on your profile, what others in your space post, and what is moving in the niche. You approve the topic.

It depends on the plan: Free and Start cover 1 profile; Pro includes 3 brands. If you have more than one brand, start with the one that brings in the most clients. Need more than your plan allows? Upgrade or talk to support.

No gotchas. When you cancel, your account automatically returns to the Free plan, you keep access to the free features and every post already published stays on your Instagram. You can re-activate a paid plan whenever you want.

No. ContentsPilot is for people who sell through expertise and content, coaching, consulting, SaaS, digital products, service providers, and software companies. It is not a menu, daily-specials, or product-catalog factory. If you teach or advise and use Instagram to attract clients, then yes.

Start is 20 posts a month. Pro is 36. If one hour of your work costs more than the plan, the math works.
